Nga Hồ is a leader in Corporate Governance Advisory and Training, as well as an Executive Coach. She brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in Vietnam across Risk Management, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Compliance, IT Audit, and Sustainability.

Having held leadership positions in both industry and consulting, including roles at PwC Vietnam and KPMG Vietnam (Associate Director level), and more than 10 years as a Director of Risk Management, Internal Control, and Internal Audit for major corporations and business groups, Nga Hồ offers a well-rounded perspective as an operator, system builder, and independent advisor. She has extensive experience in designing and transforming corporate governance frameworks through organizational structuring, delegation of authority, policy development, process optimization, and control system implementation to support business growth, restructuring, M&A activities, and IPO readiness.

About Nga Ho

For more than 25 years, Nga Ho’s professional journey has been dedicated to optimizing and operationalizing professional governance systems within large corporations in Vietnam. She has also led the establishment of governance frameworks for newly formed businesses, integrating governance, information technology, operations, and finance into a cohesive management system.

Throughout her career, she has directly designed, implemented, and transformed governance systems across various stages of corporate development, including rapid growth, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and IPO preparation.

Corporate Governance Setup and Transformation

Nga Ho has participated in the establishment and restructuring of governance systems for organizations undergoing start-up formation, rapid expansion, post-M&A integration, generational succession, and IPO readiness.

She has directly designed and implemented key components of corporate governance systems, including:

Nga Ho brings more than 15 years of combined experience in both corporate leadership and professional consulting across Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Control, Internal Audit, Compliance, and IT Audit.

For over 10 years, she held senior leadership positions responsible for Risk Management, Internal Control, and Internal Audit within major retail, logistics, manufacturing, and trading groups.

Subsequently, as a Manager at PwC Vietnam and Associate Director at KPMG Vietnam, she provided assessment, audit, training, and advisory services to banks, insurance companies, securities firms, and large enterprises throughout Vietnam.

She has directly trained Boards of Directors, Executive Management Teams, middle managers, and professional teams across manufacturing, retail, logistics, financial services, and other industries.
