Design and construct a range of renewable energy, energy efficiency measures in the support services for the Sherwood KFC; (i) renewable energy utilizing a roof mounted Solar PV (ii) extraction hood fans, hot water, refrigeration, lighting, and HVAC; (iii) energy management measures to reduce electricity waste in hot passes, bun toasters, shisha stoves, dishwashers, glasswashers, espresso machines and salamanders.
